End of year W2 forms are generated on or before the federal deadline of January 31st.
How do I know if my W2 is available?
Please login to the Workforce Payroll app to view your W2 form. Any available W2 forms can be found by clicking on "Taxes" in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
How do I get my W2 form?
You may view your W2 form by logging in to the Workforce Payroll app. This is the same app used weekly to view payroll stub information.
Can I get a previous year's W2 form?
You can view up to 4 years of payroll information and W2 forms by using the Workforce Payroll app.
Can you mail me my W2 form?
Bodyguard does not mail W2 forms, but instead generates a digital version on the Workforce Payroll app.
How do I update my mailing address on my tax form?
We do not mail W2 forms, thereforce there's no need to update your mailing address with us. If you'd like to update the address on your tax form you may do so by logging in to the Workforce Payroll app and updating your personal account information online.
Can I send a family member to pick up my W2 form?
No, we do not provide W2 forms to anyone other than the employee.
I don't have access to the Workforce Payroll app, what do I do?
