Cancellations & Returns
All sales final 30 days from ship date.
Bodyguard does NOT accept Cancellations or Returns for any of the following:
- Any product made for a vehicle more than 2 model-generations back.
- Any Bodyguard Traditional Series product.
- Any Bodyguard truck step product.
- Any Bodyguard replacement part.
- Any custom product that requires special modifications to any portion of the bumper. Examples include products made to fit body lifts; wide-body bumper models for F450/550/4500/5500; all DBL Designs custom bumpers; etc.
- All accessories such as apparel, Rigid lights, Warn winches, shackles, etc.
Conditions for Cancellations & Returns:
- All requests must be submitted via website form. We do not accept Cancellations & Returns via phone or email.
- All cancellations/returns must be approved and issued an approval number.
- All items must be in new/unused condition.
- All items must be unopened and still packaged in their original, undamaged packaging materials, ready for resale.
- If items are returned opened/used/damaged, the customer is responsible for all associated repair costs.
- Customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
- Bodyguard does not accept COD shipments. All unapproved items shipped or brought to Bodyguard will be refused and returned.
- All cancellations are subject to a restock/cancellation fee of $50 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
If approved for Cancellation & Return:
- Bodyguard will issue refund to the original payment on file, within 30 days of receipt of returned item.
Bodyguard reserves the right to make the final decision on all cancellation and return requests.

Coupons
Minimum purchase of $750 required to activate coupon code. Any coupons or promotional codes must be entered at time of checkout online. We do not refund, credit, or retroactively apply coupons, credits, or discounts after your checkout has been finalized.
Payments
Due to the custom nature of our products we require pre-payment on all orders placed. For orders initiated or placed within the USA or Canada, we accept all major credit cards or PayPal. For international orders, we accept PayPal only.
Shipping Disclaimer
Bodyguard is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when carrier provides notice of delivery. This includes both small package and freight shipments. If a carrier shows item delivered and customer claims to not have received the item, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim directly with carrier. Under no circumstances will Bodyguard be liable for lost or misplaced shipments that carrier shows to have delivered.
Branding
All products we manufacture carry our logo and brand identity. We laser cut our logo into each bumper we produce.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand your personal information and credit card information may be transferred across various networks and devices. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which service is provided, without express written permission by Bodyguard.
Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to design, materials, pricing, advertising materials, programs, etc. as we see fit. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, and you agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. Prices are subject to change with or without notice at any time.
Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information and account information for all purchases made at our online store. You agree to update your account and other information including your email and payment information, so that we can compete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bodyguard and all parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, agents, and providers; from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your breach of Terms of Service or violation of any law.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the state of Texas, in the county of Lamar.
